- Can the authors submit a manuscript to MEIN at any time of year? MEIN accepts submissions throughout the year without any restrictions. But, the publication timing depends on the outcome of the review process and the editorial's decision. Earlier submissions is encouraged.
- What is the typical timeline for publishing in MEIN after author submissions? Timelines will vary depending on the availability of reviewer and author-editor interactions. Accepted manuscripts undergo evaluation by an editorial team and peer review at least by two reviewers. Our objective is to conduct a comprehensive yet efficient review.
- Can authors request for manuscript to be published quickly to meet a graduation requirement? Every manuscript submitted to MEIN undergo the same peer review process. Editors CANNOT guarantee or expedite acceptance. It is advisable to refrain from referencing graduation deadlines and submit manuscript earlier.
- Can authors submit the manuscript MEIN by email? MEIN uses an online system (powered by OJS) for all of journal process. Manuscripts should be submitted through the MEIN's website to enable real-time tracking of status thus ensure workflow smoothness.
- Is it possible to asking the editors to prioritize or expedite your manuscript? Editors handle all submissions as efficiently as possible while balancing many duties. We kindly request that authors refrain from making special request such as prioritized handling, as such requests may be deemed inappropriate and unfair for other authors.
- Is it possible to know when the submission will be accepted and published? Confirmation of acceptance and publication timelines can only be provided after the peer review process has been completed. It is advisable to regularly check on MEIN's website for tracking the process. We kindly request authors to refrain from querying expected decision dates.
- When will authors receive the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) after the submission is approved? LOA will issued only after the editor has approved the manuscript post-review. Authors should not expect this letter immediately upon submission.
