Author Responsibilities

Misconduct and Publication Ethics Statement

Authors of original research reports are expected to provide an accurate account of their work and offer an objective discussion of its importance. The paper should accurately represent the underlying data and furnish sufficient detail and references to enable others to reproduce the study. Deliberate misinformation or knowingly inaccurate statements are considered unethical and unacceptable.

Data Availability

Authors are requested to supply raw data related to their paper for editorial review and should be willing to make this data publicly accessible.

Originality and Avoiding Plagiarism

Authors are responsible for ensuring that their work is entirely original, and they must appropriately cite or quote the work and words of others when utilized.

Multiple or Concurrent Publications

Authors should generally avoid publishing manuscripts that describe essentially the same research in more than one journal or primary publication. Simultaneously submitting the same manuscript to multiple journals is considered unethical and unacceptable.

Attribution of Sources

Proper credit to the work of others must always be given, and authors should reference publications that have significantly influenced their work.

Authorship Criteria

Authorship should be limited to individuals who have made substantial contributions to the conceptualization, design, execution, or interpretation of the study. All significant contributors should be listed as co-authors. Individuals who have participated in specific substantive aspects of the research project but do not meet the criteria for authorship should be acknowledged or listed as contributors. The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that all appropriate co-authors are included, no inappropriate co-authors are added, and that all co-authors have reviewed and approved the final manuscript for submission.

Hazards and Human or Animal Subjects

When the research involves chemicals, procedures, or equipment that pose unusual hazards, authors must clearly identify these in the manuscript.

Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest

Author must disclose any financial or substantive conflicts of interest that could potentially influence the interpretation or outcomes of their manuscript. All sources of financial support for the project should be declared.

Correction of Errors

If an author discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in their published work, they have a responsibility to promptly inform the journal editor or publisher and collaborate in the retraction or correction of the paper.

Article Withdrawal or Retraction

Authors are not permitted to withdraw submitted or published manuscripts, as this action consumes valuable resources, including the time of editors and referees involved in manuscript processing, and resources invested by the publisher.
